Here I will cover on where the concept of "eternal energy" come from, which is a term that is often used by those in the spiritual communities. I will also touch base on why everything is energy or full of it.
Again, these are terms that are commonly used in the spiritual and religious communities, and I thought I would mix in a bit of science with spirituality.

The concept of eternal energy comes from the first law of Thermodynamics which basically states that energy cannot be created or destroyed and energy can convert from one form into another. An example would be converting wind energy from a windmill into electric energy. The energy source of the spinning blades in the wind and the energy being generated from the spinning wind mills is what helps generate electricity to be used to power cities. Same concept with hydro energy. Even when energy is shifting, moving and converting in so many ways, the total amount of energy in a system and the universe will always remain the same.
How we are "full of energy" is just a basic fact that nothing in the physical universe can move, come to life or function without some form of stored energy being released into kinetic energy to help bring things to life and moving. Energy cannot be produced without another source of energy. None of the organs and systems in your body can function without the electric signals of the nervous system; you cannot efficiently move your body (And do other physical actions) without the stored energy you find in food; cars can't move without gasoline; a planet cannot rotate/orbit around a star without the gravitational pull of a star and so on. You should also consider the concept of mass-energy equivalence, which basically says that matter is just another form of energy and vice versa.
How our feelings and senses get stored in this energy is a very good question and it's something I've been thinking about and trying to see for myself. I'm pretty sure you know about an electroencephalography (EEG) and how they read the brain's electrical signals and translate those signals in wave patterns? EEGs have shown that various states of consciousness and emotions produce various brainwaves or frequencies. So, for example, people who are in deep thought and thinking in complex manners are producing Beta waves while individuals who are in deep sleep produce Delta waves. But there is more to it as even emotions produce signals in the brain (http://www.eurojournals.com/ejsr_44_4_14.pdf) As said earlier, the physical body relies on electric signals from the nervous system to do pretty much everything; electricity is produced from the flow of electrons (negative charge). So far, we know that electrons have no sub-structures or basic components; in particle physics, electrons are known as "elementary particles".
Now you need to ask yourself, what is this energy that is stimulating the electrons to convert into electric energy that translates that source energy into the thoughts that we see and hear in our minds, our emotions and other behaviors? Energy will always produce energy. The energies in our brains are carrying these complex thoughts, images, theories etc that we express. How can energy carry these things let alone produce them? Could it be possible that energy can be intelligent if the signals of energy in our bodies are producing these complex behaviors and thoughts that we have?
A rock can't "experience" anything because it does not have the necessary physical apparatus to carry the signals that are needed to experience the world it is in. All a rock is doing is carrying the energy that was needed to create its form.
What the source energy of all the energy in the universe is is a mystery. I personally believe that dark matter may play a roll in understanding the origin of all energies and eventually we may discover the source energy of everything through our study of dark matter. We can't see dark matter, but scientists know it is there and that it is playing a major role in expanding and moving everything in this universe.
Just because we can't see something, does not mean it does not exist. There were times when bacteria, microwaves, electromagnetic energy and various other forces could not be measured or seen because of our limitations in technology. We are limited by our technology and there are many other types of energies out there that we don't know much about (like dark matter) that we need to study. The only way we can discover these things (Through science at least) is by continuously improving our technology.
